01904 463184This is the traditional system of mineral felt flat roofing and like the torch-on approach it consists of several layers of felt being applied to a new roof. In the traditional ‘pour & roll’ process, bitumen is supplied in blocks and is broken up and heated in a boiler until molten. Once at the correct temperature it is poured hot onto the deck to allow the layer of membrane to be rolled into it.
