About Us

A key to our growth has been continually striving to provide exceptional service levels to our customers and whilst the challenges set in recent times by the Covid-19 pandemic which was rapidly followed by material shortages were unprecedented we successfully came through the other side and managed to service our customers requirements at all times.

We purchased Ford Asphalte based in West Hull in 2019 from the then owner who was retiring, which very quickly led us to open our second branch in early 2021 in East Hull and we’re about to start our next exciting chapter in our journey with our first York branch which is opening shorty! This strategically helps us cover the Yorkshire region more efficiently and effectively and we believe will allow us to continue heading in the right direction by continuing to provide our customers with the service level they have come to expect from us.

Key to all of this of course is our people! We firmly believe that our teams are up there with the best in our industry! To provide them with the necessary tools to allow them to be able to offer a first class service to our customers has meant continuous investments in our stock profile and working environment along with continuous growth and investment in our fleet of vehicles - we currently have 5no new 26 tonne trucks which all have modern Euro 6 engines which help us minimise our environmental impact and carbon footprint and have recently invested in a fleet of new smaller flatbed vans for more efficient localised deliveries.

Our journey continues to evolve and we look forward to many exciting times ahead for Ford Asphalte!
